Lodharasav is a classical Ayurvedic formulation that acts as a Kledanashak (fluid-reducing) and Yonidosha-nashak (uterine disorder corrector). It is highly effective in managing Leucorrhoea, excessive vaginal discharge, pruritus vulvae, metrorrhagia (Atyartava), and also useful in diabetes, skin diseases, obesity, and bleeding piles.
The primary herb Lodhra is combined with powerful astringents, digestives, and detoxifiers to balance Kapha-Pitta, regulate menstrual flow, and purify the reproductive tract.
