Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping : 1–3 business days ( Charges applicable ) 


 


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the provided link in the email.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Pan India.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Ayurved Hub is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during international shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or events beyond our control.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@theayurvedhub.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
