I’m an Ayurveda doctor with nearly a decade of experience split between clinical practice and healthcare management. I’m passionate about Ayurveda as a science-backed approach to health and healing.
My flagship program, H.E.A.L. (Health Enhanced with Ayurveda Lifestyle), combines Ayurveda with integrative medicine, using a personalized, preventive model known as P5 medicine to create customized wellness plans for every individual. In addition to patient care, I work as an Ayurveda expert with health-tech companies, helping them develop innovative wellness products and services. I also lead corporate Ayurveda programs to bring health and balance into the workplace and am involved in research to create accessible Ayurvedic solutions.
